When I thought I had figured out everything in life and wanted to pursue my passion, I acquired a Mass Media Degree. Well, I was reading my lines and guess what!
I was the best in my head! But while practicing my dialogues, my director once pointed out my mistake, which changed not just my perspective but my whole life. (In a good way!)
Basically I was rushing my dialogue delivery, prompting me to pause, feel deeper emotions, and gain a more profound understanding of the subject.
This realization highlighted that much of my work had been superficial, merely completing tasks without joy.
How many times have you eaten without experiencing the feeling of hunger?
Scrolled on social media for hours without any goal?
Oath Taking - White Coat Ceremony: A Milestone in the Journey of Healing
Why does our brain love doing certain things and avoid doing other activities (procrastination) ? Is there a way to hack your brain to fall in love with the things that seem boring ?
My curiosity led me to explore these questions more in depth through Kundalini Vidya breathwork, which delves into the science of energy and the union of mind and intellect.
But what’s the science behind it? How I got into it was a matter of destiny, but what made me stay was pocket money—(teenagers have expenses too!) One day, my Guru (teacher) offered me an opportunity to join this path purely for learning purposes, with no commitment. Since I had benefited from the practice, becoming more energized, calm, and honestly started enjoying small things, I began to feel moments of joy from within. Even with setbacks, I was in a comparatively better state. Have you ever asked yourself, what's your coping mechanism?
However, the satisfaction I feel when my patients share how this has transformed their lives is truly worth investing my time, energy, and effort.
What I acquired from my teacher was purely from a perspective of yogic knowledge. However, to truly apply and research it, I needed a deeper understanding of the medical aspects and their correlation with yogic practices.
I didn’t want it to be just a wellness practice—I wanted to have the context and expertise to help people dealing with serious health conditions, like cancer, or other challenging situations.
So, I decided to pursue a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, which not only expanded my knowledge but also enhanced my skills, enabling me to serve better.
Rooted in the teachings of Raj Vidya under Sabij and Nirbij Yog, I strive to create a space where each participant can explore their inner potential for healing and well-being and backed by medical science.
Whether you're seeking physical resilience, mental clarity, or simply a deeper connection with your body, I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery and endless possibility.
And I would say, don’t just believe—try it for yourself. You’ve tried hundreds of things in life, so I urge you to give this a shot because this is not merely a breathing exercise you do at a yoga class.
I have acquired additional certificate courses to broaden my knowledge and perspective, enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive and informed support.
