I have never been able to digest this story in my life. One day, my father was waiting for my grandfather so that they could celebrate Diwali with crackers (back then, pollution wasn't an issue, right?). While his friends asked him why he wasn't joining them, he replied by saying that his father had gone to get crackers for the celebration and would be back soon. But that wait never ended because he had already died due to a deadly disease because of a lack of timely diagnosis and treatment. But how does a mother explain this to her 10-year-old, right?
Today, by God's grace, we don't have to wait for anything in life. I never knew how it feels to have a grandparent in life, and I think I would like to do my part in helping those in need as much as I can. Therefore, all the pre recorded courses offered to cancer patients are at zero cost, and personal consultation costs will be offered at a 50% discount. Also, if you can't afford it, please send me an email or whatsapp, and we will waive that as well.
may his soul rest in peace and let no child be left waiting.. This is my way of thanking God for this life and opportunity.
Breathwork for Cancer
Managing cancer is a challenging journey, and being prepared mentally and physically can make a huge difference. Our breathwork program supports you from the pre-treatment stage, helping you get ready for what’s ahead, and continues to assist you in recovering faster after therapy.
Breathwork can be a powerful tool in combating the common challenges faced by cancer patients, such as fatigue, tiredness, and mental stress. One important aspect of recovery is keeping your Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) in check, as high ESR levels can signal inflammation. Our techniques may help lower ESR and thus reduce inflammation by improving blood circulation, aiding in your recovery process.
By incorporating breathwork into your cancer management plan, you can boost your energy levels, reduce fatigue, lower cortisol levels thus less stress and improve your overall well-being, making the road to recovery a bit smoother.
